FixPix (hereinafter referred to as "we", “application”, “app”, or “the app”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so you can make informed decisions about using our app.
Information We Collect
User-Uploaded Images
FixPix app uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to process images you upload and enhance, improve, and restore them. User images and any associated data are not retained after processing, except for temporary storage necessary to deliver the edited results to the user.
Images may include faces; however, the app does not collect, extract, analyze, or store facial data. We do not perform face recognition or attempt to identify individuals.
Image Processing
User-provided images are transmitted securely to the Fal.ai solely for the editing purposes as explicitly requested by the user. Images and related instructions are processed on a temporary basis and are not used for any other purpose.
Third-Party Processing
To editing images, user photos are sent to Fal.ai. The service processes the data only to complete the request and does not retain the data beyond processing. No biometric data, face recognition data, or personally identifiable face information is collected or shared.
Data Retention
We do not retain user-provided images or related data after processing is complete, except where temporary storage is required to deliver the edited result to the user.
User Consent
Images are uploaded and processed only after explicit user consent. Prior to the first use of any AI feature, users are presented with a “Data & Privacy Disclosure” popup.
Explicit consent is required through the “Agree & Continue” option before any data processing occurs. If the user chooses “Decline”, access to AI features will not be used.
Face Data Handling
FixPix processes images uploaded by users that contain human faces. This section explains how face data is handled.
Collection of Face Data
We do not specifically collect, detect, or identify face data as a separate category of information. However, images provided by users may include faces as part of the content.
Use of Face Data
Any image that may contain a face is processed solely to provide the app’s core features, such as photo enhancement. This processing is performed using a third-party AI service – Fal.ai. We do not perform facial recognition, face tracking, or any form of biometric analysis. We do not identify individuals or create user profiles based on facial features.
Sharing of Face Data
To deliver our services, images are securely transmitted to a third-party AI processing provider (Fal.ai). This data is used only for generating the requested results and is not shared with any other third parties.
Storage and Retention
Images, including those that may contain faces, are processed temporarily and are not stored after processing is complete. We do not retain face data or use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling the user’s request.
User Consent
By uploading an image and using the app’s features, you consent to the processing of your images, which may include faces, solely for the purposes described above.
Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure that images are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, they do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes that may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children’s Policy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (meenaranka.apps@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security of Data
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
